It’s important to shave the area to be treated the day or night before your laser hair removal appointment. Doing this will results in a pain free laser session, the smoother you shave the less chance there is of experiencing any discomfort and will allow the laser to go directly to the hair follicle.


Which method of hair removal is best?

It’s totally personal preference, from shaving, hair removal creams and skin buffing pads. Depending on the area treated and skin sensitivity level will depend on the method you choose. If using hair removal creams, I would suggest trying this a week before your appointment to insure you have no reaction. When shaving make sure you don’t miss anywhere, take you time, any hair that gets missed the laser will not work on.


Avoid any products that might irritate the skin and don’t apply any false tan.


Arrive with clean, product free skin. If you’re having a body laser hair removal treatment, try an avoid and body lotions/ deodorant. For the face, please arrive make up free. This will help the laser detect the hair follicle easier.
