Groups

We love to host groups within The Bothy, we think it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. 50% of the cost of the treatment required on booking.

 

Mobile Phones

We encourage a digital detox within The Bothy, please be mindful of others if you do need to use your phone.

 

Medical Details

On your first visit to The Bothy you will be asked to complete a client questionnaire. Please remember to keep us informed of any changes to your health/medication or special requirements. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant, so that we can advise on treatments.

Allergies

We love to serve healthy nutritious snacks alongside our treatments, however these do occasionally contain nuts. Please let us know before you visit The Bothy if you have any allergies we need to be aware of.

 

Children

We understand at times it is necessary to bring your children to the salon; we endeavour to accommodate this, but we ask that you respect other clients.

For treatments, children aged between 14-16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Young adults, aged 16-18 years must have written consent from a guardian.

 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at the salon 10 minutes early for your appointment, so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist at the appointed time. We regret that if you arrive late for your appointment, this may decrease the time of your treatment.

 

Cancellations 

We request at least 48 hours notice to be given if you are unable to make your appointment. Charges may be made for non-arrivals or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased HERE, in The Bothy or via email. Please email revive@thebothywellness.co.uk with the treatment or amount you'd like the voucher for and we will get back to you.
